Mission

We exist to empower, train and counsel victims of post conflict societies, Natural disasters, HIV/AIDS, human trafficking, single mothers, widows and persons with disabilities to access to micro-finance and Information Technology for life skills and knowledge to become entrepreneurs.

Vision:

To have a socio-economically empowered society that is absence of violence, human trafficking, HIV/AIDS and a society that can effectively address natural disasters and sustainable dependants through micro-finance initiative, capacity building training and humanitarian support.

Goal

To empower women who are the backbone of the society because when you empower women, you empower the youth, families and  communities for sustainable economic programs by initiating Community Banks specializing in Micro-finance.

Objectives:

1. Establish micro-finance banking scheme to sustain micro-economic enterprises for women and youths and disabled.
2. To initiate basic literacy and skill training for entrepreneurship for development and growth.
3. Advocate against  violence against women, human trafficking through active participation in local community development programs dedicated to women’s rights, the prevention, protection, and prosecution of perpetrators of violence. Women must be educated and made aware of their legal rights with society and must be encouraged to exercise there rights and offer protection when appropriate and also be part of the peace and reconciliation process in the communities.
4. Promote HIV/AIDS awareness prevention, Voluntary Counseling Testing (VCT) and referral services through community outreaches through media and Information Technology.
5. To empower communities to participate in sustainable agriculture using appropriate farming technologies to uplift economic and livelihood status.
6. To provide humanitarian relief support and improve the socio- economic and education status of women and youth victims and support orphaned and vulnerable children to get education.
7. To promote  and campaign awareness through traditional and cultural exchange programs like music, sports and entertainment to fight crime and violence against women, human trafficking and terrorism.
8. To establish rehabilitation resource center to refer violence victims for recovery transition and for assistance.
9. Promote and strength democratic governance in leadership and management .
10. To promote use of safe water and adequate sanitation among communities
